The membership of the Richmond Archaeological Society ranges from professional archeologists to interested amateurs It is mainly known for a lively programme of lectures on all aspects of archaeology on a Friday of each month from September to May. (for map & details see "Current Programme"). It also organises excursions and acts as a forum for local activities.
